Position Overview
We are seeking Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalists to join our inpatient teams at Inland Valley Medical Center and Rancho Springs Medical Center in Southwest Riverside County California. This is a full-time swing-shift hospitalist role with some night coverage built into a structured rotation offering a physician-led collaborative environment focused on high-quality inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to adult patients
- Conduct daily rounds and manage admissions and discharges
- Coordinate transitions of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support residents and advanced practice providers
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
- Adhere to safety quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- ACLS and BLS required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Prior inpatient hospitalist experience preferred
