Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Senior SharePoint Analyst where youll play a critical role in delivering highâimpact SharePoint and data solutions that support complex utility and energy projects. ENTRUST Solutions Group is an industry leader in engineering and consulting services providing innovative reliable solutions that modernize and protect critical infrastructure across the nation.
In this role youll serve as a senior technical and analytical partner supporting project delivery while collaborating closely with project managers technical specialists and clients. Youll help translate business and technical requirements into effective SharePoint solutions contributing to project planning execution and dayâtoâday coordination. Your work will involve guiding analytical workstreams supporting solution frameworks and ensuring project goals related to scope schedule budget and quality are met. Youll work directly with stakeholders to understand project needs anticipate risks and help resolve challenges before they impact delivery. As a trusted subjectâmatter expert youll support client relationships contribute to proposal efforts and help position ENTRUST as a goâto firm for SharePoint and data solutions. Youll also help define technical quality standards oversee specialized technical resources and support the continuous improvement of solution frameworks and team capabilities.
This position requires balancing technical depth with collaboration and communication. Youll work across multiple teams and projects coordinate deliverables and support financial and operational aspects of project execution. Success in this role comes from being proactive detailâoriented and comfortable working in a fastâpaced productionâfocused environment while maintaining a strong client focus.
*This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in Oakland CA two days per week.

- This position pays between $72000 and $87000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of SharePoint experience preferably within a natural gas or electric utility environment OR demonstrated experience with SharePoint site migration and enhancement.
- Experience with ClientâSide Object Model (CSOM) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Great work ethic with the ability to thrive in a productionâoriented projectâbased environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing or supporting custom web parts (JavaScript web design etc.)
