An Engineering Coordinator performs administrative duties including the coordination of maintenance and warranty requests recording and tracking maintenance needs typing filing answering telephones taking messages responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests and other general office duties.
Wage: $27- $30 per hour
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or coordinator experience in a position requiring supportive functions.
Ability to perform clerical duties such as typing filing copying emailing answering and responding to telephone calls and messages.
Ability to prepare departmental communication and office supply procurement administration. Service and work order contract administration.
Ability to read and write English in order to effectively communicate with our guests and Team Members.
Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with guests and co-workers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and other such programs.
