What youll do

Support dealers & end users via phone and email

Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases
What you bring

German (proficient/bilingual) strong English

2 years in Customer Service or Technical Support

Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude

Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced team
