Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport. Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules delays and other airport services - Check and process travel documents including tickets passports and visas - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operation of services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area including check-in counters gates and baggage claim areas - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset - Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy luggage - Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and want to be a part of a dynamic and growing company we encourage you to apply for this position.
