About the job
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen or Cronos Europa Team.
Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and formalize functional requirements.
- Model and optimize business processes (BPMN).
- Describe user requirements user stories and use cases.
- Contribute to the drafting of key documents: business cases business glossary vision impact analyses etc.
- Collaborate actively with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of requirements.
- Participate in technical meetings user workshops sprint reviews and working groups.
- Support project managers in applying SCRUM / Agile methodologies and in monitoring delivered quality.
- Contribute to the integration of various information systems particularly in the financial and accounting domains.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of information systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in modelling tools and techniques (UML BPMN).
- Solid experience in writing requirements: user stories acceptance criteria use cases.
- Knowledge of the IT solution lifecycle and methodologies such as PM² PM² Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in functional analysis and systems integration.
- Knowledge in SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS is an asset
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or Confluence is required
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Team spirit autonomy and attention to detail.
- Discretion and integrity: handling sensitive data.
