This position reports to the : Head of Logistics Services
To drive operational excellence and strategic growth within theTFS courier and TFS On-demand service divisions byimplementing innovative projects that expand service offerings optimize operational efficiency and enhance client role serves as a key catalyst for analyzing data trendsleading continuous improvement initiatives facilitating seamlessclient onboarding and coordinating cross-functionalcollaboration to maximize TFS network performance andmarket expansion.
Your responsibilities can include:
- Project Implementation: Lead and execute strategicprojects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demandspace to enhance service capabilities and market reach
- Service Expansion: Identify develop and implementnew service offerings to meet evolving market demandsand client requirements
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational andperformance data trends to identify opportunities foroptimization cost reduction and service enhancement
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implementimprovement projects across TFS operations to increaseefficiency reduce costs and improve service quality
- Client Onboarding: Manage and streamline theonboarding process for new clients ensuring smoothintegration and optimal service delivery
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operationsteams to identify areas of improvement implementsolutions and ensure operational excellence
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clearcommunication channels and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout projectlifecycles
- Process Standardization: Investigate establish andimplement standardized resources and proceduresacross the TFS network
- Cross-functional Optimization: Collaborate with variousdepartments to optimize delivery lead-times logisticscosts and overall operational efficiency
- Compliance & Standards: Support the development andimprovement of health and safety plans programs andprocedures within TFS operations
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics supplychain courier services or on-demand deliveryoperations
- 2 years of hands-on project management experiencewith demonstrated success in implementing operationalimprovements
- Previous experience in courier e-commerce fulfillmentor last-mile delivery operations highly preferred
- Experience working with data analytics tools andinterpreting operational KPIs and metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Project) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Basic understanding of logistics management systems
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflowoptimization tools
- Experience working in fast-paced high-volumeoperational environments
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies
- Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder projectenvironments
- Experience with cost analysis and budget managementfor operational projects
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teamsand managing complex initiatives
- Previous experience managing external vendor or clientrelationships
