The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Hôtel de Berri is looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our Front Office team in delivering exceptional luxury hospitality experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong focus on guest satisfaction service excellence and team development. The role will be instrumental in building a motivated and high-performing team culture while ensuring the highest standards of personalized service throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all Front Office operations driving guest satisfaction implementing and maintaining Forbes and LQA standards coaching and developing talent and ensuring flawless execution of luxury service standards at all times.

We are looking for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong operational expertise attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and people leadership.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality and Front Office operations

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction

Good understanding of Forbes and LQA standards

Hands-on operational profile with strong attention to detail

Fluent English required; French is recommended but not mandatory

Valid EU work permit required

Around 4500 K euros monthly gross salary free extra healthcare insurance (mutuelle) free Paris public transport card Marriott Explore staff rates.
