Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong background in gathering analysing and documenting business requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify business needs and provide effective solutions to business problems.

Position Summary

The role requires individuals to be a creative thinker and doer to cultivate innovative ways within the organization to handle complex business challenges balancing design technology and business priorities
Proficiency in analysing the customers business applications and converting the business needs into viable solution blueprints.
Creating wireframes and UI mock-ups
Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation
The candidate must be able to drive a meaningful impact across the organization through a different way of working which is human-centred iterative and customer focused
The candidate must be able to communicate new ideas and provide a strategic viewpoint to ensure that recommendations not only solve customer business problems but also create sustainable business value

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential

Gather analyse and document business requirements through meetings and workshops.
Identify and examine business needs and determine timely and effective solutions to business problems.
Act as a bridge between the business and the IT team to ensure consistency in requirement gathering and management.
Work with project delivery teams to develop comprehensive and accurate requirement specification documents.
Facilitate clarification meetings with business and project delivery teams to ensure all requirements are fully understood and documented.
Assess the impact risks and benefits of various requirements and proposed solutions.
Verify with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the solution design accurately meets business needs and objectives.
Clarify technical queries on behalf of the business and validate fixes to defects.
Develop well-thought-out and robust business cases for future projects and initiatives.
