| - Ensuring the reliability availability and performance of systems and services.
- Event Management workflow understanding for the Application landscape.
- Experience in Scripting language (Like Python bash power shell) for Custom monitoring/automation.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve performance Ex: Code optimizationsDatabase indexing/tuningResource allocation etc.
- Experience in tracking dependencies across the application landscape and ensuring the visibility of the application end to end.
- Use of service management tools like Service now for CMDB and Service Management process (like Incident Change Problem).
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools and software such as JIRA Confluence SharePoint
- Generate performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Identifying areas for improvement reporting and optimizing processes for efficiency quality

| - Proficiency in ITOM tools and ITSM processes.
- Expertise in Event management workflow
- Proven experience in application operation end user support and incident resolution
- Expertise in ITSM Service management (Incident Change and Problem)
- Lookout for Continuous Service improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills preferably prior international experience or working directly with international clients
- Strong experienceworking in a continuous integration driven environment with proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement.

Must have technical skill | - Strong Operations Management Expertise (ITOM) .
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes Helm etc.
- Experience in Scripting (Python. Java Bash Power shell)
