Responsible for managing endtoend instrument operations including SMS/MYM system activities inventory governance and process compliance.
Leads SMS project readiness through master data validation UAT training and GoLive execution. Oversees missing/damaged instrument handling instruments inventory management CIP cleanup writeoffs and Skyline/DNS project tasks.
Collaborates with CSAs sales teams cross functional teams and service centers to ensure timely transactions and operational continuity.
Drives reporting accuracy stakeholder communication and continuous process improvements.
