The Department
Alfred Health Support Services provides non-clinical support services across Alfred Health. These services include cleaning services car parking and fleet management waste management gardens and grounds distribution security and access control ward support linen services ancillary services food services and hospitality.
The Role

This position will lead a small team providing guidance support and day to day direction while ensuring high-quality rostering outcomes.
Were seeking a motivated detail driven individual with strong rostering capability and proven or emerging leadership skills to join our Support Services team as a team leader.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment enjoys problem solving and is ready to take the next step in your leadership journey with the support of an experienced management team
The Workforce Team Leader plays a pivotal role within the Alfred Health Support Services (AHSS) Workforce Team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely rostering and payroll sign-off for all AHSS employees. The role also supports recruitment onboarding and proactive leave management while providing leadership and guidance to the Workforce Roster Coordinators. The Workforce Team Leader ensures high-quality service delivery fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement in workforce operations.
