We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) to lead initiatives enhancing patient experience and optimising patient flow across our health services. This pivotal leadership role focuses on ensuring seamless safe and efficient care while driving continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate strategies to improve patient flow across clinical areas
- Monitor and enhance patient experience ensuring high-quality care delivery. Respond to patient feedback and implement change as required
- Collaborate with clinical administrative and operational teams to identify and implement improvements and new projects
- Oversee performance metrics reporting and management of staffing resources
- Mentor and support clinical leaders and frontline staff in patient-centred care practices

- Proven leadership experience in clinical services management
- Strong understanding of hospital operations patient flow and patient experience frameworks
- Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety quality and patient-centred care
- Ability to lead change and drive service improvements across multidisciplinary teams
