The opportunity
As a US Growth Markets Talent Enablement Specialist Supervising Associate youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Hub-related Talent projects and programs. Youll be a key member of the Business Talent enablement team reporting to the Growth Markets Talent Operations Leader. Youll support or manage strategic programs unique to Growth Markets Talent while also driving applicable COE priorities and programs consistently across US locations. Youll consult and collaborate regularly with Hub Talent Enablement Leaders Business Talent enablement team members and COE program leaders with the aim of providing consistent complementary non-duplicative culture connectivity and crisis management solutions across US Geo Hubs.
Your key responsibilities
- Youll be responsible for a portfolio of Hub Talent projects and programs including planning deployment and execution
- Supporting the Growth Markets Talent Operations Leader and Hub Talent Enablement Leaders with deliverables including decks single frames SOPs reports data analysis and documents
- Identifying Hub Talent best practices and aligning across functions to provide consistency and continuous improvement
- Reducing duplication of efforts while customizing cross-functional culture and connectivity programs based on Hub/location specific needs
- Building and supporting Hub Talent-specific resource guides program materials and other deliverables
- Managing intake of ideas/needs from the Growth Markets Talent Team and working with varying stakeholders and support teams to create connections and drive to solutions
- Connecting with COE program managers to align Business Talent needs with COE-led initiatives
- Operationalizing Hub Talent metrics sites and knowledge
- Providing operational crisis support
- Staying current with Talent industry best practices driving innovation and sharing trends and knowledge
- Creating and developing project/program frameworks
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong project management skills with ability to create and implement project plans assign tasks and follow up on task completion experience and knowledge of project management practices methodologies and tools
- Experience with driving culture and connectivity initiatives
- Proven ability to apply strong process and technology enablement knowledge to analyze and problem solve
- Highly collaborative with strong relationship management and networking skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to assert own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Developing knowledge of change management principles
- Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability and interest in continuously learning
To qualify you must have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of applicable work experience
Ideally youll have
HR or Project Management certification preferred but not required
