Senior PPC Growth Strategist (Google&YouTube)

Were looking for a Senior PPC Growth Strategist to take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns for fast-growing eCommerce brands.

This is not a basic campaign management role.
Youll be the strategic driver behind sophisticated Google Search Shopping PMAX YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns bridging high-level growth strategy with expert execution.

As a Senior PPC Growth Strategist you will:

• Lead advanced Google Ads strategy and execution

• Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists and Pod Leads

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

• Mentor junior specialists and elevate team performance

• Own performance accountability across multiple high-spend accounts

Youll play a key role in scaling eCommerce brands while ensuring elite execution standards across the department.

Google Ads Strategy & Execution

• Lead complex campaigns across Search Shopping PMAX YouTube Display and Demand Gen

• Align paid media strategies with client business goals (new customer acquisition aMER CAC targets)

• Drive advanced optimization cadences:

  • Bid strategies

  • Keyword & audience refinement

  • A/B testing

  • Creative iteration

• Maintain elite QA standards with:

• Annual deep audits

• Monthly health checks

Client Leadership

• Lead client calls and performance check-ins

• Translate complex performance data into clear actionable insights

• Present strategic recommendations with confidence

• Build long-term trusted partnerships

Performance & Analytics

• Deep analysis using:

  • Google Ads

  • GA4

  • Looker Studio

  • Triple Whale (or similar attribution tools)

• Identify inefficiencies and growth levers

• Optimize budgets for maximum efficiency

• Document clear insights and next steps after reporting cycles

Process Optimization & Mentorship

• Improve internal workflows and efficiency

• Mentor junior specialists and support their growth

• Delegate foundational tasks while maintaining output accountability

• Raise the performance bar across the team

Required Expertise

• Expert-level experience with:

  • Google Search

  • Shopping

  • Performance Max

  • Demand Gen

  • YouTube Ads

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Google Merchant Center

  • Shopify

  • Automated bidding strategies

• Advanced GA4 proficiency

• Experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale preferred)

• Experience with DataFeedWatch or Channable is a plus

• YouTube paid marketing & incrementality studies experience major advantage

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 3 years managing Google Ads (agency experience)

• Proven success scaling eCommerce brands

• Experience managing large monthly ad budgets (500K USD)

• Worked across multiple eCommerce verticals (Automotive Skincare Sporting Goods etc.)
