As a Product Support Engineering Intern you will work in a collaborative environment on problem solving and change assessment efforts related to a portfolio of veterinary diagnostic products in the Animal Healthcare industry focusing primarily on our Hematology analyzers.
In This Role you will
- Support problem solving projects by holistically approaching products as integrated systems.
- Support the characterization and troubleshooting of systems by evaluating component parts executing experiments and performing data analysis to inform decisions or recommendations.
- Use advanced knowledge to analyze interpret or make deductions from varying facts or circumstances.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Are a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a BS in Engineering (systems engineering biomedical electromechanical mechanical etc.).
- Have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy working with data.
- Can synthesize diverse product scientific engineering and business requirements into straightforward architectures.
- Possess a good understanding of life and biological sciences.
- Experience using analytical tools such as JMP Excel Minitab SAS Tableau or other software tools (preferred).
- Have general computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project) and other engineering software as required.
- Can work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

- This is 40 hour per week position requiring an on-site presence typically 3 to 4 days per week with schedule flexibility with respect to the days.
