JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Support productivity initiatives across SCP practices to drive operational efficiency.
• Assist with new client start-up activities and implementation process improvement.
• Assist in the gathering and reporting of data analytics.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of project coordination.
• High attention to detail follow-through solution oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to excel in a highly collaborative work environment.
• Able to work in a hybrid work location model (home and office-based).
• Webex knowledge and capabilities.

EDUCATION:

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance and Accounting Healthcare or related field preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Prior internship or part-time work in business operations project support or administrative role a plus.
• Ability to conduct basic analysis build spreadsheets and create reports.
• Previous team-based project experience from school club or extracurriculars where planning coordination or execution was required.
• Experience organizing tasks and managing deadlines.
• Prior healthcare experience desired.

Pay Range:

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience qualifications and internal equity considerations.
