Position Type
This role will be approximately 90% in the field and 10% in the office or remote depending on project needs (HQ: Elk Grove Village IL)
- Work Location: Roselle Streamwood Bartlett area
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate up to 5 crews in underground construction fiber placement and fiber splicing
Provide on-site problem-solving and resource allocation
Deliver daily updates to the Construction Manager
Ensure crews have the necessary materials and equipment to avoid downtime
Maintain safety and quality standards in the field
Assist with logistics scheduling and documentation

Requirements
3 years in field supervision within telecom or underground construction
Hands-on understanding of directional boring fiber placement and splicing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both in the field and in the office
Eligible to work in the U.S.
