What makes a FACTION Project Management Professional

Alignment with our core values
Experience working in property design or a construction related field.
A demonstrated portfolio of projects across the build environment either from the public or private sector.
Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
A passion for the property industry and a desire to deliver legacy leaving projects.
The ability to determine and define project scope and objectives along with relevant resource planning and management.
A desire to adhere to industry best practices techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.

What youll do:

Lead end-to-end project delivery
Own scope schedule budget risks and dependencies whilst proactively addressing challenges before they become problems
Partner closely with senior stakeholders working through clear actionable delivery plans
Drive value creation by asking how can this be better
Challenge assumptions ways of working and the status quo to improve outcomes
Embed best-practice project governance while staying pragmatic and out-come focused
