Job Summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Lead - Rooftop to oversee our electrical projects and ensure their successful completion within scope budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive electrical plans and schedules.
Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project requirements by coordinating with other construction teams.
Review blueprints specifications and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements thoroughly
Lead supervise and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure high performance and adherence to project goals
Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals updates and safety protocols effectively.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local state and federal regulations as well as industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures related to electrical work identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for electrical components of projects ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials and equipment for projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
Min 6 years of experience in electrical construction management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical systems construction processes and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in electrical safety and/or project management (preferred).
