Our global network includes facilities in Canada the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global Position:Reporting to the Applications Manager North America theApplications Engineering Co-op will provide administrative support to the Applications Engineering Department to ensure effective efficient and accurate administrative is provided on the companys behalf. Work directly with Partners Management Employees and Customers to deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Youll Be Doing:General office duties using Microsoft Office SuiteOrganizing documents binders and other information coming in from the CustomersAssisting in obtaining Vendor pricingModifying documents generated within the department good project management skillsPrinting various documents on mass using MS Office AutoCAD and SolidWorks when required by ApplicationsCarry out any specific duties assigned by the Applications accurate documentation for each projectThese responsibilities are subject to change as a function of the individuals abilitiesMaintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate VisionAdhere to all Health and Safety rules and proceduresComplete other duties and projects assignedEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
