Job Description:
One of Fortunes Best Places to Work Perkins Coie LLP a leading international law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in our San Franscisco Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The groups core practice areas are counseling dispute resolution and contract drafting and negotiation. To be considered candidates must have 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating all types of construction disputes including delay and disruption claims payment disputes such as mechanics lien bond and stop notice claims and breach of contract claims. Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts change orders and other construction-related agreements is beneficial as the position will also include transactional work. Excellent academic credentials strong references and superb written and oral communication skills are required. Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred; CA Bar membership is required. To apply please attach your cover letter resume writing sample and law school transcript.

California compensation range: $260000 to $365000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
