Responsibilities Include:
Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination
Handling contract management and insurance communications
Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and support
Learning company services to provide accurate and helpful guidance
Coordinating documentation internal processes and workflow systems
Supporting leadership with operational and process improvement initiatives
Ensuring timely follow-up and professional communication with all stakeholders
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage responsibilities independently
