About the Role
Were looking for a collaborative and safetyfocused Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations for raw materials and finished this role youll guide a team help ensure smooth material flow and contribute to a positive respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving storing staging and shipping
Support accuracy in inventory cycle counts and FIFO practices
Encourage and develop team members through coaching and regular checkins
Foster a safe inclusive and compliant work environment
Participate in 5S Lean and continuous improvement efforts
Oversee temperature-controlled storage and recycled packaging processes
Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse tasks when needed
What You Bring
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
35 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
23 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
Forklift certification
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52760.00 and $87930.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
