Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proven customer service experience

Desired Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
