Within this mission the Global Rewards team ensures that our reward strategies support our people and our growth. The team focuses on developing competitive reward programs managing global remuneration processes evaluating market trends and enhancing employee experience. As a Global Rewards Specialist you will support and oversee reward initiatives across all countries and sites globally.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support implementation a comprehensive employee rewards solutions (job architecture salary ranges salary/incentive structures pay policy allowances bonuses sales compensation deferred compensation jobs evaluation benchmarking surveys participation rewards processes management etc.) which meets the needs of Demants diverse workforce while supporting Demants objectives globally.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to employee rewards.
- Analyzing market data to assess the organizations competitive position including rewards programs coverage/evaluation/benchmarking communication cost analysis.
- Manage relationships with rewards providers.
- Develop and conduct communications presentations and training sessions to ensure employees are aware of and understand the rewards solutions and how to make use of individual rewards package.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements.
- Act as escalation point for complaints to ensure quick equitable and respectful resolution.
- Focus on global rewards solutions standardization unification and efficiency.
- Collaboration with multi country cross functional stakeholders and country compensation and benefits specialists following remuneration policy to achieve company objectives.
To Qualify for the Role:
The ideal candidate for this Global Rewards Specialist role is a recognized subject matter expert in global rewards area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Manages global rewards programs with line manager/team members support. They should be proactive focused on continuous improvement and employee experience. The role requires dynamic and customer centered attitude in cross country and cross functional environment. Influence others within the rewards area through explanation of facts policies and practices.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Finance Human Resources or related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in global rewards program design and management. Proficient in spoken and written English.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Subject matter expert of global rewards programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of information.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Cross-countries stakeholder management.
- Ability to adopt a user perspective in process design and execution.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with a good sense of diplomacy and situational adaptability.
- Advanced computer skills including specific experience with SAP or other HR management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Working Relationships:
Works closely with HR Teams Finance Tax IT and other departments to ensure seamless rewards designs and administration.
Liaises with country and global rewards provides consultant companies to collect market practice implement and manage rewards solutions.
