Baker Hughes is currently hiring a Lease Accounting Analyst based in Houston Texas.
As a Lease Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monthly/quarterly close procedures such as preparing and entering journal entries and reporting financial results in regard to leases includingaccount reconciliations.
- Compliance with new leasing standards.
- Initiating lease abstractions and ensuring they are processed completely accurately and timely on any new leases and changes to existing leases.
- Preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements and disclosures based on actual results. Consolidate analyze and report financials in compliance with reporting regulations.
- Advising functional managers regarding projects processes and procedures in their own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and business inquiries.
- Contributing to projects as a team member or leads small projects.
- Performing special projects as required.
To be successful in this role you will:
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting
- Have experience with ERP systems - SAP and/or Oracle
- Have advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)

- Experience with Nakisa preferred
