Air Liquide Home Healthcare is currently recruiting an Administrator to support the Alberta and Saskatchewan regions in accounts receivable. Responsibilities include collections reconciliation of customer accounts and handling customer inquiries and escalations. The incumbent will perform all duties while upholding Air Liquides safety and quality standards.
Responds to internal and external client account receivable related inquiries and escalations by telephone and email.
Working in multiple systems to pull and review monthly accounts receivable reports. Working alongside regional managers and branch contacts to review accounts status.
Prioritize the review of high value accounts and clear paid invoices showing as outstanding. Contacting patients and insurance companies as required.
Manage the preapproval payment process. Setup payment in third party systems processing monthly payments according to agreements issuing receipts and making payment arrangements for NSF transactions.
Manage the collections process on accounts as determined by branch staff. Prepare third party collection agency packages. Prepare and process write offs.
Identify opportunities for improvements relating to Accounts Receivable Administrators duties. Provide recommendations to management for improvements. Participate in other quality improvement activities as required.
Contribute to a safe work environment by obeying safety rules working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner; reporting unsafe occurrences and/or practices.
Other duties as required.
Education Qualifications
High School Diploma
Good computer literacy with Google Docs Sheets Gmail applications and Microsoft applications and proficient in Microsoft Excel
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
