We are looking for a proactive and client oriented Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure and Cloud Services to ensure the operational excellence of IT services across a complex and evolving environment.
As SDM Infra you act as the strategic link between our clients technical teams and delivery operations locally nearshore and offshore . You oversee the end to end performance of infrastructure and cloud services ensure stability and reliability manage SLAs and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
You are the person who guarantees that IT infrastructure and cloud not only runs smoothly but evolves in line with business needs.
Your role in our team
Service Ownership & SLA Management
Ensure high quality delivery of infrastructure services (network workplace servers cloud security).
Monitor SLAs KPIs and service quality implementing corrective actions when needed.
Lead service review meetings and build transparent reporting for stakeholders.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational service topics.
Understand business expectations and translate them into concrete service improvements.
Manage escalations and drive fast structured resolution.
Operational Leadership
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (network infra support cloud) locally and near- and offshore.
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations incidents changes and problem management.
Align with project teams for deployments upgrades and transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
Identify service gaps and propose improvements in processes tooling and performance.
Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and operational governance.
Drive standardization maturity and proactive service evolution.
Financial & Contractual Oversight
Follow up on budgets consumption and infrastructure cost optimization.
Support contract management license tracking and vendor coordination.
How you strengthen our team
5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud and service management.
Strong understanding of technologies such as:
networking servers cloud workplace cybersecurity monitoring tools ITIL.
Experience in managing operational teams or vendors.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical capacity and problem solving mindset.
Ability to work autonomously with ownership and structure.
ITIL certification
Native Dutch or French with good communication in the other national language with fluent English
