Pay Range: $16.00-18.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in clients residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands
- Monitor clients (vital signs temperature respiration etc.) and report on their condition on the Clear Care App
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Maintain clients care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Level 2 background/fingerprinting
- Current CPR
- Current TB test (within the year)
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid drivers license
