About the Team
The People Operations team is responsible for managing key People activity that supports the entire employee lifecycle covering 15 countries by delivering Payroll management onboarding offboarding benefits management and administration immigration support and ensuring that all people policies are up to date ensuring compliance with any local labor laws.
About the Role
Benefits Management & Supplier Relations
You will collaborate with benefit brokers and external partners to evaluate negotiate and renew benefit programs. This includes assisting with the review and selection of benefit plan designs by providing insights and recommendations based on benchmarking and market trends. You will also manage relationships with insurance suppliers and brokers to ensure service levels are maintained and costs are controlled while staying up to date with trends best practices and regulatory changes in employee benefits.
Benefits Administration
In this role you will administer and manage a range of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans life insurance wellness initiatives and other perks. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit enquiries guiding staff through enrolment claims and issue resolution. You will also ensure compliance with local regulations and support the annual open-ended enrolment process by working closely with HR and external vendors to deliver accurate and timely communications.
Payroll Processing
You will oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll by our external payroll provider ensuring full compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations. This includes coordinating with the finance department to ensure payroll-related transactions are paid reported and reconciled correctly. You will address and resolve payroll discrepancies acting as a liaison between employees and in-country payroll partners and ensure that all payroll records deductions and taxes are processed and maintained in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Immigration and Compliance
You will manage immigration-related processes including visa applications renewals and compliance with relevant laws and company policies. This involves liaising with legal teams and immigration agencies to support international employees and resolve any issues. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on employee immigration status to ensure compliance with work authorisations and visa timelines.
Total Rewards & Compensation Benchmarking
You will conduct regular compensation benchmarking studies to maintain competitive salary structures and benefit offerings. This includes analysing compensation data and providing recommendations for salary adjustments bonuses and incentive programmes. You will help develop and communicate total rewards packages highlighting the value of both financial and non-financial benefits and collaborate with people team heads to support long-term compensation strategies aligned with organisational goals and employee retention.
About you
You are results-driven and committed to meeting all payroll and benefits deadlines. You bring proven experience in compensation and benefits management administration or a similar people-focused role with desirable expertise in salary benchmarking job evaluation and market analysis. You have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements along with advanced data analysis skills particularly using Excel. Experience with Workday is an advantage. You possess a strategic mindset balancing business objectives with employee satisfaction and are confident negotiating directly with benefit brokers and suppliers on premiums.
