As a Senior Manager in Asset Managements Treasurers Office you will play a key role in the oversight of the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance programs for Fidelitys alternative and retail this role you will provide support for the SOX 404 risk assessment overall SOX program governance and continuous improvement across multiple products to ensure compliance with the requirements. You will think and work across Fidelity partnering with Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations and with key business partners in Legal Compliance and Risk.
Minimum 6 years industry or equivalent experience.
4 years mutual fund accounting financial reporting public accounting or related financial experience.
Experience with controls requirements including SOX 404.
CPA a plus.
Advanced knowledge of the mutual fund business investment types and alternative investment products.
Strong technical accounting and regulatory knowledge including SOX 404
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal communication including documentation skills and ability to summarize and present sophisticated findings in clear organized concise manner.
Ability to partner with all levels as well as exercise discretion.
Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work optimally across business units.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Word as well as industry research tools.

The Asset Management Treasurers Office provides fiduciary oversight of Fidelitys funds shareholder activity and service providers. We use industry knowledge technical experience and our responsibility as fiduciaries to set and monitor adherence to fund policies and we support the Funds Boards of Trustees in fulfilling their responsibilities to the Fidelity Mutual addition to overseeing Fidelitys existing products we also actively support Asset Managements efforts to expand investment capabilities by ensuring appropriate oversight is in place for new products prior to implementation.

The base salary range for this position is $ USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
