Were launching a new commercial service in Israel and are looking for a motivated Junior Client Services Associate to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new initiative from the ground up working closely with the leadership team to support both commercial operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a clientfacing team member working directly with clients to support their needs answer questions and contribute to strong ongoing relationships.

• Support client service operations including onboarding communication and ongoing relationship management.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling contracting invoicing and documentation.

• Use tools such as Microsoft Office CRM systems and other platforms to manage workflows and client interactions.

• Contribute to commercial activities including preparing presentations reports and proposals.

• Collaborate on statistical extrapolations and data analysis projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel and able to work from our Tel Aviv office.

• High proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).

• 12 years of experience in a health or data-related administrative or client-facing role (internships count!).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.

• preferably in health-related field.

• Background in data statistics or a related field is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
