Proven expertise in piping/pipeline stress analysis and flexibility methods for offshore facilities.
Deep knowledge of relevant regulations codes manufacturing standards and industry practices (e.g. DNV API ASME).
Proficiency with CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE; strong command of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical work supervise engineers/designers and drive checking/peer reviews and incorporation of comments.
Strong analytical judgment; able to manage complexity and interdependencies and communicate clear databacked recommendations.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (intermediateadvanced) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Engineering with professional registration where required; advanced credentials a plus.

As a Senior Offshore Piping Stress Analysis Engineer youll lead advanced flexibility and stress analysis for critical offshore process lineshelping us design safer smarter facilities that stand up to demanding marine environments while supporting the energy transition.
Purpose of the role
Youll work independently at a senior level to plan and execute piping stress analysis across basic and detailed engineering. Youll ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards resolve complex load cases define special supports and accessories and coordinate closely with multidiscipline teams to deliver accurate constructible and sustainable designs.
Core responsibilities
Develop and validate piping flexibility/stress analysis for offshore projects to high quality standards (DNV API ASME).
Define and evaluate load cases (sustained thermal occasional transitory fatigue) and interpret results to ensure system integrity.
Review dynamic equipment loads and interfaces; size pipe (including wall thickness) and assess seabed stability and freespan conditions where applicable.
Specify and review special pipe supports (springs snubbers single expansion joints) and prepare/approve requisitions for associated accessories.
Prepare the Pipeline/Piping Support Standards Book and develop material specifications reports and technical documentation.
Recommend design improvements; resolve issues arising across engineering phases and document decisions (technical queries/deviations).
Review and approve stress deliverables produced under your supervision; ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with project partners stakeholders and discipline leads; mentor junior engineers and report progress to management.
Create final documentation incorporate all relevant inputs and obtain required internal approvals.
