Job Summary
Whatwill youdo:
Scrum Master Role :
Lead the SW development andSWtesting teamto develop Software for medicaldevicesusing agilemethodology
Be the link between PMO office and SW development team to ensure SW is aligned to overall project schedule
Work with Product Owner to definescope andprioritysupport inmaintainingbacklogplanEPICSand spring scope.
Lead Agile ceremoniestoensure adherence to agile best practicestomakepredictable deliveries
Develop Agile metrics/KPIs and communicatewithall stakeholders.
Co-ordinate with Electrical and other cross functional teams to ensuredependencies ofthe softwareteam are resolvedina timelymanner.
What will you know:
MandatoryQualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Software engineering
Scrum Master certification
8 yrs experience (Min5yrs experience in SW development and3 yrs experience as Scrum Master)
Managing Scrum board JIRA or equivalent tool
Ability to drive alignment across different stakeholdersby understanding different perspectives
Strong Communication skills
Strong understanding of SW development quality process
Understandingofbasicsof SWproject management estimation scoping scheduling risk management stakeholder management communication planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or equivalent
Exposureof working in a regulated industrylike medicaldomain
