Assembly Production Team Leader
The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets. This role acts as a bridge between frontline workers and production management ensuring products are made safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities ความรบผดชอบหลก

Team Leadership การเปนผนำทม:

Supervise coach and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals. ดแล แนะนำ และสรางแรงจงใจใหสมาชกในทม เพอใหบรรลเปาหมายการผลตประจำวน

Production Oversight การกำกบดแลการผลต :

Manage daily workflows delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure the production schedule is met. บรหารจดการลำดบงานประจำวน มอบหมายงาน และตดตามความคบหนาเพอใหเปนไปตามแผนการผลต

Quality Assurance การประกนคณภาพ:

Monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements. ควบคมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการคณภาพเพอใหผลตภณฑทกชนเปนไปตามมาตรฐานของบรษทและความตองการของลกคา

Safety & Compliance ความปลอดภยและกฎระเบยบ:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members wear appropriate protective gear (PPE). บงคบใชกฎความปลอดภย และตรวจสอบใหสมาชกทกคนใชอปกรณปองกนภยสวนบคคล (PPE) อยางถกตอง

Process Improvement การพฒนากระบวนการ:

Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. ระบจดทไมมประสทธภาพ และสนบสนนโครงการปรบปรงอยางตอเนอง เชน Lean Manufacturing หรอ 5S

Reporting การรายงานผล:

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report daily production results to management. ตดตามตวชวดผลการดำเนนงาน (KPIs) และรายงานผลผลตประจำวนตอฝายบรหาร

Problem Solving การแกไขปญหา:

Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and machine malfunctions. ดำเนนการวเคราะหหาสาเหตราก (Root Cause Analysis) เพอแกปญหาการผลตและขอขดของของเครองจกร

Qualifications & Skills คณสมบตและทกษะ
Education การศกษา:

High school diploma required; bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

วฒการศกษาระดบมธยมศกษาตอนปลายขนไป; วฒปรญญาตรในสาขาทเกยวของจะไดรบการพจารณาเปนพเศษ

Experience ประสบการณ:

Minimum 58 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. มประสบการณทำงานในสายการผลตหรอการผลตอยางนอย 58 ป

Leadership ภาวะผนำ:

Proven experience in a supervisory or support team lead role. มประสบการณดานงานกำกบดแลหรอผนำทมสนบสนนอยางชดเจน

Technical Skills ทกษะดานเทคนค:

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production systems (e.g. ERP or SAP-ME). มทกษะในการใชโปรแกรม MS Office และมความคนเคยกบระบบการผลต เชน ERP หรอ SAP-ME

Communication การสอสาร:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (if required). มทกษะการสอสารทงพดและเขยนทดเยยม ทงภาษาไทยและภาษาองกฤษ (หากจำเปน)

Soft Skills ทกษะเชงพฤตกรรม:

Strong problem-solving organizational and conflict-resolution abilities. มทกษะการแกปญหา การจดการองคกร และการจดการความขดแยงอยางมประสทธภาพ
