DescriptionOverview/Function: The Customer Care Center (Customer Service) Associate is an extension of Atlantic Bottling Companys sales team responsible for day-to-day customer service inside sales and tele-sales activities. The Associate positively reflects the Companys brand image and builds a favorable rapport with customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Promote revenue growth by providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through a variety of customer and sales promotion activities.
- Ensure professional contact with customers which upholds Atlantic Bottlings brand image.
- Meet individual performance and department goals and metrics.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for department.
- Conduct telephone sales activities to supplement the companys sales activities.
- Receive calls and/or emails from customers; conduct resolution on orders or complaints.
- Accurately enter detailed customer information and orders into enterprise software.
- Conduct tele-sales activities to current and inactive accounts.
- Conduct follow-up with customer to ensure service satisfaction.
- Build rapport and favorable relationships with customers.
- Other duties as required.
QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED with 1 year of prior experience in a call-center/customer service environment. Previous sales or retail sales experience desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and an excellent team-player.
- Ability to effectively resolve customer issues while dealing with stressful situations.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations and to adjust priorities.
- Results-driven and able to multi-task.
- Ability to read write and sit for extended periods of time.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) is desired but not required.
- Consistent regular attendance is an essential job function.
Additional:
- While performing the duties of this job the Associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This requires the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend as needed. The ability to climb stairs is also needed.
- Work hours will mostly be Monday-Friday role (8:00 am 5:00 pm) however some evening and weekend work may be required.
