What Youll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Answer customer emails accurately and professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and return voicemails in a friendly manner.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within one business day.
- Assist customers with order issues including tracking replacements refunds and store credit.
- Log and track customer interactions accurately while following established processes.
- Manage & clear the inbox daily.
- Escalate new unclear or high-impact situations when appropriate.
- Maintain accuracy while supporting additional tasks to help the team operate smoothly.
Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Experienced: Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Professional: Communicates kindly and clearly with customers across email and phone maintaining composure during high-volume or complex interactions.
- Reliable: Shows up consistently follows through on responsibilities and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
- Proactive: Asks questions early seeks clarification and escalates issues appropriately when needed.
- Detail-oriented: Logs interactions carefully and processes refunds replacements and credits accurately.
- Adaptable: Learns new systems quickly and adjusts during busy seasons.
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Gmail Google Docs and Google Sheets navigates websites and internal systems comfortably and types efficiently.
What We Offer Our Customer Service Representative:
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday (remote) rotation
- $22-$24/hour depending on experience
