Millers Bio Farm is a family-run Amish-owned farm that produces and delivers nutrient-dense farm-direct foods. What Youll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer customer emails accurately and professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and return voicemails in a friendly manner.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within one business day.
  • Assist customers with order issues including tracking replacements refunds and store credit.
  • Log and track customer interactions accurately while following established processes.
  • Manage & clear the inbox daily.
  • Escalate new unclear or high-impact situations when appropriate.
  • Maintain accuracy while supporting additional tasks to help the team operate smoothly.

Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:

  • Experienced: Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Professional: Communicates kindly and clearly with customers across email and phone maintaining composure during high-volume or complex interactions.
  • Reliable: Shows up consistently follows through on responsibilities and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Proactive: Asks questions early seeks clarification and escalates issues appropriately when needed.
  • Detail-oriented: Logs interactions carefully and processes refunds replacements and credits accurately.
  • Adaptable: Learns new systems quickly and adjusts during busy seasons.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Gmail Google Docs and Google Sheets navigates websites and internal systems comfortably and types efficiently.


What We Offer Our Customer Service Representative:

  • Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday (remote) rotation
  • $22-$24/hour depending on experience
