The Office Assistant uses experience and professionalism to support a team of Service Delivery professionals in their daily responsibilities. The positions primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support while representing the Firm in a professional manner maintaining a positive attitude and functioning as a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while demonstrating initiative.
Perform general office clerk duties and errands (e.g. post office bank).
Scan copy upload and file documents as needed.
Help organize and maintain common office areas.
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required with one to two years related administrative support experience.
Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
Attentive and detailoriented.
Ability to multitask and prioritize with effective time management.
Previous office experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Occasional long periods of standing while copying.
Must be able to lift carry push or pull up to 30 lbs.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm in person and via e-mail and telephone.
Position requires regular interaction with clients and interface with external vendors in person and via e-mail and telephone.
Additional Details:
In-office at our Austin TX office location
Part-Time (not to exceed 29 hours a week) - MondayFriday 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. with a flexible schedule.
