With a global mindset the IT Lead will be responsible for leading and conducting business demand/process analysis and will contribute to shaping of agile user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Individuals in this role will work with regional business and technology product owners to deliver objective-based key results aligned to global and regional business objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing the regional demand vs global capacity and tracking KPIs and OKRs in accordance with a Product Management framework. Finally this individual will be responsible for coordinating platform level innovations automation and advancements within our Veeva Promo mats global review and approval system as well as our NA Regional Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) system.
