What Youll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for estate planning clients
- Keep Track of consultations drafting meetings and signing appointments
- Manage document assembly and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals
- Ensure client files are organized complete and accurate
- Track workflow timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with document signings and execution logistics
- Maintain internal systems and support process improvement
You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-end client experience.
- 3 years of legal administrative experience (estate planning experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management software and document systems
- Professional presence and client-facing confidence
Bonus if you:
- Have prior experience in an estate planning or probate firm
