Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will serve as the frontline representative of our company providing exceptional support to our valued customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service outcomes.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
