Job Summary

The Investment Services Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting investment and business development activities within the company; primarily focusing on Integrity Alliances RIA and Brokerage investment lineup. This role will develop and grow new advisor/representative relationships with Integrity Alliance. The Investment Services Relationship Manager will also work closely with Integrity Alliance advisors/representatives to grow their individual practices and how to effectively position investment offerings with their client portfolios.

Essential Job Functions other duties assigned

Establish new relationships and foster existing relationships with financial advisors through proactive telephone calls and e-mails. Responsible for completion of requests for financial proposals and case design consultation. Duties include running investment analysis and proposal of current holdings educating representatives on strategy offerings and how to present/position with clients. The Investment Services Relationship Manager will be a key point of contact for advisors for their planning and product questions.

Maintain and develop relationships with Mutual Fund Variable/Fixed annuity TAMPs and Retirement provider companies. Duties include working with these companies to obtain product information marketing brochures selling agreement contacts and any other information that will help Integrity Alliance advisors/representatives provide solutions to their clients.

Prepare and deliver in person or e-mail campaigns to increase advisor/representative overall BD/RIA investment business with Integrity Alliance. Assist with creating marketing materials/presentations to be used by advisors/representatives in their day-to-day practice.

Participate in regular training program calls for all new advisors/representatives to Integrity Alliance. Duties will include maintaining a training program for investments/products available clearing firm technology and any relevant outside technology vendors.

Create and maintain monthly reporting for the Advisory Investment Services team including monthly AUM changes and any new advisors closing new business daily and weekly AUM changes and any additional reporting required by the firm.

Experience and Education

Experience:

Must have prior Securities industry experience. At least 3 years working directly with a broker-dealer RIA or insurance. Knowledge of multiple clearing firm platforms (TD Ameritrade Schwab and Pershing) and Access.

Education:

Bachelors degree from four-year College and 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensing:

Series 6/7 and 65/66 or willing to take the exams. Completion required within 6 months of employment
