We areseekinga highly organized andclientfocusedOperational & Insurance Associateto support our established Private Wealth Management team. This hybrid role combines administrative responsibilities with licensed insurance supportwith the opportunityto advance to a MFDA-licensedfull-serviceAssociate.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail aclientfirstmindset and the ability to balance operational tasks with advisoryduties.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrativeassistanceto advisors and team members.
- Manage client documentation scheduling and data entry.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsin accordance withcompliance and privacy requirements.
- Prepare reports correspondence and presentation materials.
- Support onboarding file maintenance and workflow coordination.
Insurance& Planning Support
- Conduct client-needs assessments and contribute to financial/insurance planning.
- Providelicensed guidance on risk management retirement planning and related strategies.
- Support clients through insurance needs analysis applications and delivery.
- Ensure all actionscomply withregulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Insurance Specialists and team members to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid financial planning or insurance designationis an asset(CFP QAFP or equivalent).
- Experience in financial planning insurance or advisory services is an asset.
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.
- High levelof professionalism confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiencywith financial planning software CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Working Conditions
- In-officework modellocatedin Brandon MB(based onbusiness needs).
- Standard office hours with occasional flexibility for client appointments.
- Minimal travel for training or meetings.
