Associate Project Lead / Associate Project Manager Early Development

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Lead / Associate Project Manager to support early-phase clinical trials working closely with cross-functional teams investigators vendors and sponsors to deliver high-quality studies on time within budget and in compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for project teams investigators and internal stakeholders.

Own and deliver delegated project activities to support cross-functional study execution.

Support site-level study start-up conduct recruitment and data collection activities.

Develop track and update project plans reports and study metrics.

Coordinate internal and external project meetings.

Support regulatory and ethics submissions informed consent documentation and safety reporting.

Coordinate cross-functional inputs to the project Risk Register and support risk mitigation planning.

Support vendor oversight and financial tracking activities.

Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP regulatory requirements SOPs protocols and contracts.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent; relevant academic or vocational qualification.

Typically 5 years experience in clinical research or project delivery.

Demonstrated experience in early development studies including Phase 1a/1b trials in healthy volunteers and vaccine studies.

Exposure to dose-escalation studies safety data review and Safety Review Committees (SRCs).

Experience across both healthy volunteer and patient populations.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of Phase I operations and ICH-GCP.

Solid project management fundamentals (time cost quality risk).

Strong communication organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Financial awareness and ability to support budget tracking and forecasting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This role is office-based with potential for occasional domestic or international travel.
