Mesa seeks an Engineering Manager that will play a key in aligning engineering activities for value creation regulatory and code compliance and achieving long-term client goals. Operating at the tactical and assisting with the operational levels this position influences planning budgeting and organizational development.

What Youll Do
- Oversee multiple engineering teams or a full department responsible for planning designing and executing transmission and distribution infrastructure projects.
- Align engineering efforts with organizational goals regulatory mandates and long term client success.
- Manage project budgets staffing and performance evaluations ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead initiatives focused on grid modernization system resilience and integration of new technologies.
- Collaborate with operations planning construction and executive teams to ensure engineering solutions support business needs.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards processes and quality assurance protocols across the department.
