The Role

TheAssociateDirector Implementation rolehasglobalresponsibilityforthesuccessful operationalimplementation across all IFM domestic and global asset classesofnew products restructures closures complex transitions and operating models across Operations Date & Technology (ODT).

Theroleisresponsible to the Executive Director and Director of the Implementation Teamandwill workcloselywithkeystakeholderstoensurethatIFMdrivesconsistencyandbestinclass implementation across all products with the objective of seamless integration resulting in positive client experiences.

TheImplementationAssociateDirectorwillbeaseasonedleaderwithstrongstakeholder management presence and the ability to consult and influence clients and senior management.

Specificareasofresponsibilityinclude:

• Planco-ordinateandprojectmanagethedelivery of new product restructure closure transition and operating model design activities across operations end-to-end including operational vendor appointments and onboardings.
• Engagein internal and externalclientdiscussionsandrelationshipsmanagementactivitiesasrequired to understand client needs.
• Liaisewithandco-ordinatecustodians administrators depositoriesinvestmentmanagersandotherexternal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of implementation activities.
• Ensureappropriatelevelsofgovernance oversight and vendor relationship managementareappliedtoallimplementation activities.
• Facilitate information provision to internal and external stakeholders including decision making committees to help ensure no additionalrisktothemanagementofclientassetsduringtheimplementation.
• Traindevelopandguidestafftopromotecollaborationandcontinuous improvement.

Policy and Process Management

• Workcloselywithrelevantstakeholderstodevelop appropriate frameworks to support the efficientandseamlessdeliveryofIFMrelatedproducts.

Your Background and Experience

• 10 plus years in Financial Services with specific technical knowledge of Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing Investment Administration & Custody Operations across private investment global products.
• Experience in service provider appointment and management.
• Preferred 3 plus years in a direct investment product Implementation / Transition Management or Project Management role with a proven track record.
• Tertiary qualifications in commerce economics finance or related field.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of IFM Investors investment process.
• Sound market knowledge.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen financial metrics and key performance drivers.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of IFM Investors investment process.

• High level numerical skills required.
