InthisroleyouwillworkcloselywithCorporateITandInformationSecuritytosupportusersmaintainsystemsandensurethatallITservicesrunefficientlyinafast-pacedstart-upenvironment.
Responsibilities
Provide1stand2ndlevelITsupportforinternalusers (hardwaresoftwarenetworkissues)
Setupconfigureandmaintainend-userdevices (laptopsmobiledevicesperipherals)
Manageuseraccountsaccessrightsandonboarding/offboardingprocesses
SupportandtroubleshootMicrosoft365collaborationtoolsandbusinessapplications
MonitorITsystemsandproactivelyresolveissuestoensurehighavailability
AssistinmaintainingITinfrastructure (networksserverscloudenvironments)
DocumentITprocessessystemsandsupportprocedures
CollaboratewithITSecuritytoensurecompliancewithinternalsecuritypolicies
SupportbasicITsecuritymeasures (e.g.endpointprotectionpatchmanagement)
Coordinatewithexternalserviceprovidersandvendorswhen
Qualifications
CompletedtrainingordegreeinIT (e.g.FachinformatikerSystemintegration)orcomparablequalification
SeveralyearsofexperienceinITsupporthelpdeskorIToperations
Stronghands-onexperiencewithWindowsMicrosoft365andcommonITsystems
BasicunderstandingofnetworkscloudservicesandITinfrastructure
Structuredsolution-orientedworkingstylewithastrongservicemindset
Abilitytoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedenvironment
Highreliabilitydiscretionandsenseofresponsibility
FluencyinGermanandgoodEnglishskills
