Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team in Ray this role you will provide essential support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a safe environment
- Monitor clients conditions and report any changes to supervising staff
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is a plus
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving
- Must pass background checks and any required certifications
