Raytheons Standard Missile 3 team is seeking an experienced supply chain manager to join the SM-3 IB program as the Lead MPM (Material Program Manager) over a team of 10-12 MPMs located onsite in Tucson Arizona. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program senior this highly visible role you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team for Supply Chain. Youll create and manage the execution of Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure.

This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of leading teams material strategy customer negotiation support material requirements planning (MRP) process subcontract management and project management (to include program start up as well as execution).

In this role you will apply your existing knowledge of Supply Chain material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and lead a material program strategy/plan for programs or integrated product teams. The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of ones own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

What You Will Do:

Work closely with Program Management Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) EngineeringQuality Production Control and Procurement to develop and execute Material Strategies which support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives
Lead by influence in a matrixed organization
Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans
Support supplier negotiations and PO placement as required to meet program cost and schedule objectives
Financial management (i.e. EV budgets targets working capital proposals material sales forecasts etc.)
Issue/Conflict resolution within organizations between organizations and with suppliers
Management of timely and compliant quarterly Estimates At Completion (EACs) to include Risk & Opportunity management
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required (expected to be <30%)

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years of prior relevant experience
Experienced leader who has worked in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Experience with Supply Chain Production Control and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
Proposals/Estimating and/or Basis of Estimates (BOEs)experience
Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP Kinaxis etc.)

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience managing program cost and schedule
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point).
International procurement / supplier management experience
CORE or similar Six Sigma Specialist
Masters Degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
